"NOVO LAND" aims to create a Nordic-style, happy, healthy living environment for residents. Renowned artist, Mr. Lam Yuk Fai invited a strong team of young and representative artists in Hong Kong to create 101 art pieces with their personalized styles under the four themes of "joyful harmony", "holistic health", "green living", and "love in the family". Through their vibrant murals, sculptures, Western paintings, Chinese art, crafts, photography, installations, and digital art, the artists integrate art into homes, turning living spaces into shared art communities. Children who grow up in an artistic atmosphere are nurtured by the Nordic "aesthetics" and can develop creativity, imagination, and aesthetic appreciation, promoting positive and harmonious development for their mental health. Encouraging children to share their aesthetic experiences with their families creates common topics and promotes the concept of "love in the family".

The artists integrate the Nordic lifestyle aesthetics into their works and use art appreciation to help residents and visitors appreciate the art and understand the creative concepts. Art nourishes physical and mental health, achieving the preventive effect of wellness that links people with each other and with nature, practicing the concept of "wellness" in life aesthetics.
